  I didn't get upset when I made an appointment with A woman, dr. Carrolle but a man, dr. Cruise actually worked with me. I figured they forgot. I have gone to the doctor's office 3 times (always with a co-pay). The last 2 visits were to see how my medication was doing. Every time I've gone to the office,
  I've waited no less that 1 to 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor. Oddly, I still did not complain. My prescription has run out. I have a appointment next month which was made during my last appointment . For a week my pharmacist and I have been calling this office to no avail. No return phone calls. No messages. No medication as of today. Truly disappointed and frankly angry .
