  I researched surgeons for TKR for a few weeks before deciding on Dr. Azer. 18 days after surgery I am back at work, walking without any aids, climbimg stairs, driving, not taking any pain medications other than OTC, and riding a bicycle. His staff and supporting office have run like a well oiled machine and have been first rate, the same goes for the team at Inova Alexandria. Everyone in the process has been highly competent and professional and I feel I couldn't have been in better hands. There are a lot of variables that effect recovery for weight bearing joint replacements, but I really feel Dr. Azer and his team puts the patient in the best possible position for the best results for them.
